The Bottle Shop at Astor Square is a community wine and spirits shop in Rhinebeck, NY. The shop is owned and managed by Rhinebeck locals Emma and JP Sabia, who were born and raised in the Hudson Valley. The global selection is constantly evolving and includes nationally recognized brands, small organic and natural producers, and local wine, cider, and spirits. The selection reflects JP’s passion for spirits with an eye towards bourbon and tequila, as well as Emma’s expertise in wine. Emma has worked in the wine industry for more than a decade and as is Certified Sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers), a Certified Wine Professional (Culinary Institute of America), and a student in the WSET Level 4 Diploma Program.
